About Me

Making a Positive and Lasting Impact

Hi I’m Beth, owner of B-Strong Coaching - coaching and helping humans is my passion. 
Whether you are new to movement, or a seasoned athlete, I would love to help.
From an early age I have been involved in sport. Through school I played any sport I could, and represented Cumbria at football and hockey. I have been lucky to have grown up with a family who supported me and gave the push I needed to try new activities. This led me to Judo where I represented Great Britain at the Youth Olympics.
At university I studied Coaching and Sports Performance, and upon leaving I found CrossFit - a totally new way of exercising. This opened doors for me to qualify for ‘regionals’ twice in Denmark.
While I still love competing and pushing my own human boundaries - my passion now lies in passing on my love for movement, health and helping others find their potential.
While movement is a foundation of health, I also believe that having a solid nutritional understanding goes hand in hand.
By working with me, I aim to guide you to a balanced life where you can make progress and have fun in the process.
